Plain-English summary: We collect only what we need to prepare your filing (your contact info and business details). We don't sell your data. We never collect your DD-214, Social Security number, or card numbers. Those are handled by the state or our payment processor.

FlashFile AI is a document preparation service operated by Side Quest Adventure LLC ("we," "us," "our"), Kentucky. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide through our intake form: your name, email, desired business name, principal office address, management structure, business type, registered-agent choice, add-on selections, and any notes you include.
Order and communication records related to your filing.
Basic technical data: we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service, to understand aggregate site usage (such as page views, referring sources, and country-level location). Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect or store personal data or track you across other websites. 3. What We Do NOT Collect or Store

We do not collect or store your DD-214, military ID, or proof of veteran status. The Kentucky Secretary of State handles veteran verification.
We do not store full payment card numbers. Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor.
We do not ask for your Social Security number through the website.

4. How We Use Your Information

To prepare, review, and file your Kentucky business documents.
To communicate with you about your order and (with your consent) deadline reminders.
To provide any add-ons you purchase.
To comply with legal obligations.

5. How We Share It

We share information only as needed to deliver the Service:

Government agencies: the Kentucky Secretary of State (and the IRS, if you order EIN assistance) to make your filing.
Service providers: our form/intake provider and payment processor, who process data on our behalf.
Legal requirements: if required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Retention

We keep your order information as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations (generally up to seven years), then delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at billing@flashfileai.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date reflects the latest version; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
